No! Please book on the website to avoid disappointment as our classes are regularly fully booked up in advance.

Yes! We have lovely new showers with separate Male and Female changing facilities.

Anything sporty – but please bring clean footwear.

Yes! We have a range of Everlast boxing equipment and have a wide range of gloves, mats & skipping ropes to use, although we would recommend you bring your own gloves and hand wraps

Yes! We stock Everlast equipment plus much more.

Our advice would be don’t be late!! Once a class has started it would be hard to fit you in.

You can purchase water from the gym, but it’s always a good idea to bring your own bottle.

Yes all our coaches are Professional British Boxing Board of Control qualified and insured.

Yes! Check our timetable for Open Gym hours.

Being punched is optional as sparring is not compulsory, if you’re interested in sparring but never tried it; please speak to a coach who will be happy to help you with this.
