Corona Virus Message
Following the announcement by the Prime Minister regarding COVID-19 on Friday 20 March our gym will be closing and will remain closed until further notice.
The health and safety of our staff and our members is our number one priority.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and will keep you all updated on any developments.
During this time all new membership applications and class bookings will be suspended.
We have classes that will test you physically and mentally to build your skill set and knowledge whilst helping you break new barriers of achievement, physical fitness and enjoyment.
Box Tech
A bag and pad work class for people who have trained before and are confident to be pushed to learn and improve. Technical sparring also available on request.
