The Boxing Booth gym is located 50m from Merstham train station. Our 6000sq ft gym, powered by Everlast caters for every level, from complete beginner to World Champion.
Our goal is to provide our members an opportunity to learn the art of boxing and to get in shape in a safe and comfortable environment.

Controlled sparring for all levels, catered to the induvial and their experience.
Train Like a Pro
Our Train Like A Pro programme is an adaptation of our pro sessions for all competitive boxers including Amateur and White-collar boxers.
These will be run by licensed coaches that work closely with our pro boxers, including Female world champion Shannon Courtenay and Olympic finalist world title contender Michael Conlan.
The programme includes three private training sessions a week, including controlled sparring and unlimited access to the open gym. You will also receive nutritional advice and support on strength and conditioning training.
This programme is suitable for male and females who already compete, who are looking to compete at any level, or just want to train like a pro!
